Due to the handmade nature of our candles, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to love your purchase — and we’ll make it right if something isn’t.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your candle arrives damaged or we made a mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We strongly encourage reading our scent descriptions or messaging us with questions before purchasing.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production or shipped.
