Shipping Policy

At Wicks of Honor, every candle is hand-poured with care, and we’re committed to delivering your order safely and on time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
During holidays or high-volume periods (like new launches), processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We currently ship via:

USPS (First Class or Priority Mail)
UPS Ground (for larger or heavier orders)

Delivery Time

Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking info via email. Most orders arrive within:

2–7 business days (U.S. orders)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPOs.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at wicksofhonor@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll help however we can.
